Via Cimiez Boulevard (kantor Nice, Boulevard Cimiez) heb ik ons appartement in Nice enkele jaren verhuurd, en afgelopen maand ook verkocht. Zowel bij de verhuur als bij de verkoop heb ik uitstekende hulp gehad van het makelaarsteam van Cimiez Boulevard. De medewerkers waren altijd makkelijk te bereiken, vriendelijk en hulpbereid en dachten actief mee in het belang van hun client. De financiële afhandeling van zaken bij de verhuur was transparant en betrouwbaar en verliep in al die tijd volledig probleemloos. Ook bij verzekeringszaak (schade) aantal jaren geleden zijn ze uiterst behulpzaam. Afhandeling van zaken bij notaris en overheidsinstellingen is altijd snel en efficiënt geweest. Daarnaast is de communicatie ook in het Engels prima. Ik kan dit makelaarskantoor van harte aanbevelen!
Une honte cette Agence Nous sommes locataires, Plus d’eau chaude depuis trois jours, Nous avons prévenu l’agence par mail le matin, le soir, toujours pas de réponse , nous avons dû les rappeler. Aucun intérêt à notre demande. Et aujourd’hui, nous devons nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens , car ils n’ont pas d’intervenant pour réparer la chaudière Si je pouvais mettre -30, je le ferai volontiers car 1 sur 5 c’est trop !!!
Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Mme Battesti Isabelle qui nous a permis en deux RV et un accueil d’un professionnalisme rare aujourd’hui, de trouver une pépite pour notre fils. Les petits biens sur Cimiez sont rares et elle n’a pas hésité à faire jouer son réseau ce qui a fonctionné à merveille. N’étant pas de Nice et souhaitant acheter dans le quartier de Cimiez, elle a pris le temps de nous présenter le quartier et les abords de manière claire, précise et concise. Elle a été extrêmement réactive, a réalisé un dossier dans les deux heures , nous a rappelés, a répondu à toutes nos questions quand nous n’attendions pas de réponse en raison de l’heure tardive. Elle est une personne exceptionnelle qui nous a mis en confiance et est très honnête. Pour finir, alors que je voulais la contacter pour la pré visite avant signature, elle m’a spontanément proposé par message de le faire , anticipant une fois de plus nos attentes.
