TRANSACTION FEES (Real estate and business assets):

All real estate properties under €500,000:

- 6% including tax of the sale price with a minimum of €5,400 including tax
All real estate properties over €500,000:

- 5% including tax of the sale price
Parking Space (Garage or Parking):

- 10% including tax of the sale price with a minimum of €3,500 including tax
Building Land:

- 8% including tax of the sale price with a minimum of €5,400 including tax

RENTAL PLACEMENT FEES:

Payable by the tenant, according to the decree of 1/08/2014 (Art. 1 and 2):

For visits, preparation of rental file and drafting of the lease:
- €10/m²
For preparation of the inventory of fixtures:

- €3/m²
Payable by the owner:

- 1 month's rent excluding charges

RENTAL MANAGEMENT FEES (excluding Unpaid Rent Insurance):

- Simplified service: 7.2% including tax of monthly rent collection
- Complete service: 8.4% including tax of monthly rent collection

ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT FEES:

- Work management and monitoring: for amounts over €1,500 excluding tax, 6% including tax of the work amount with a minimum charge of €50 excluding tax per project.
- Assistance with property income tax declaration: €120 including tax
- Unpaid Rent Insurance: according to insurance scale + 0.5% including tax management fees
- File closing fees: €150 including tax

All payments or remittances made to the holder of the real estate and business transaction card must be immediately recorded in a register known as the "law of 2/11/70" in accordance with the model set by joint decree of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Economy and Finance (art. 98)
