It was in 1966 that the Parisian property development group Cogedim acquired a property of approximately 13,000 m2 located at 10 avenue de Flirey, formerly part of a larger property called "La Désidérata".

On this vast plot of land located on the top of the Cimiez hill, this development group will build a commercial building that will become the first supermarket in the district, first under the "Prisunic" and then "Monoprix" banners, but above all a residential complex of two buildings inspired by "good Parisian chic".

It is undoubtedly by analogy with the vast spaces of the Bois de Boulogne that the different buildings of this residence were given the names of the different pavilions and the different doors: Pre Catelan, Bagatelle, Armenonville, Porte Maillot, Porte Dauphine, etc...

Today Pre Catelan remains a reference of high standing residence in Cimiez, where Cimiez Boulevard has had the opportunity to carry out many transactions.
