Jean-Laurent is a serial entrepreneur, autonomous and independent, whose areas of expertise span both real estate and information and communication technologies.

His vision of business is founded on prioritizing the quality of human relationships, the personal fulfillment of his collaborators, and the satisfaction of his clients — above all other considerations.

Driven by these convictions and his dual expertise, he has created several companies and organizations, each having made its mark in its field through the relevance of its vision and its capacity for innovation:

• Cimiez Boulevard (1993), which quickly became the leading residential real estate agency in the Cimiez area of Nice.
• MLS Côte d’Azur (2001), now the largest local MLS organization in France.
• Imminence (2001), a company specializing in the development of IT solutions for the real estate industry.
• Prestige MLS (2008), the first European Business Club dedicated to luxury real estate.
• Riviera Boulevard (2020), the first real estate agency structured under the “P2C” – Partner to Consumer – model.

Today, Jean-Laurent focuses on:

• Continuing the development of the Cimiez Boulevard Group and its associated brands.
• His role as President of MLS Europe, with new milestones to achieve in the organization and regulation of collaboration among real estate professionals.
