Originally from a small village in the Liège region, Corentin developed a passion for real estate at an early age.
After completing specialized studies in this field, he had the opportunity to work within international companies and at the French agency Cimiez Boulevard, where he took his first concrete steps in the profession.
Curious and ambitious, he dedicated his final thesis to analyzing the MLS Côte d’Azur, a collaborative model still little-known in Belgium, with the aim of understanding its key drivers and exploring its possible adaptation to the Belgian market.
Attracted by the energy and potential of the South of France, Corentin decided, upon completing his Bachelor’s degree, to move to Nice to pursue his career with Riviera Boulevard.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a human approach to the profession, he became fully involved in the company’s development, ultimately becoming a partner associate in 2024.
Today, Corentin represents a new generation of real estate professionals — combining rigor, innovation, and a genuine sense of service — with a clear goal: to create lasting value for both his clients and his team.
