A place charged with history

Nice - Cimiez

To the north of the Château de Valrose, the Liserb Park is an enclosed park of 6 hectares, divided into several housing estates. Its history dates back to 1860, when the Brazilian ambassador to Russia Joseph Ribeiro da Silva acquired it and gave it the curious name of Liserb, which is the palindrome of Brazil. Later owned by William Marshall Cazalet, the latter welcomed Queen Victoria during her stays at the Grand Hotel de Cimiez, then at the Regina Palace at the end of the century. The estate then changed owners several times between 1923 and 1970 before being divided into villas and buildings.

Protected on its three entrances by gates and a digicode, the condominium is a true island of tranquility, far from the turbulence and bustle of the city.
