Le “Grand Parc de Cimiez” is a large condominium that was built in the early 80’s on a plot of 2 hectares, located in the middle of Brancolar Avenue. Part of the land was included in the subdivision of Liserb Park, fortunately imposing significant constraints on the conservation of wooded areas. Given also the constraints related to the slope of the ground, it is thus more than one hectare of ground which had to be conserved in green spaces by the developer, the SEP company.
