• To the west: Mlle Ferrand;
• And to the south: the heirs Castiglione and Laugier.”*

The buyers, Messrs. Amouroux and Miltat, gave their names to the two streets serving the subdivision, which comprises 46 lots. Initially, individual villas were built, followed over time by a few small condominiums.
